Utah vaca & HAPPY BIRTHDAY MIKE

While Mike is in Guatemala this week I am up in Utah spending time with my family. I was so glad to be able to celebrate Father's Day with my dad. He is such a wonderful, caring person and father. I am very lucky to have had him as my dad. Which I am sure most of everyone that reads this will say the same thing about there dads.  I have been having a lot of fun, I got here on Friday evening. Since then we have just been hanging out and getting J used to falling asleep on his own at Grandpa and Grandma's house. After 1 day he was good to go, but he has only slept through the night once in his bed. The first night he woke up crying so he slept with me and then last night he woke up screaming and I could calm him down for like 20 min. I am not sure if he had a bad dream or what but he was not happy. Sunday we took a family picture, everyone was there but Mike. So we are going to photoshop him in!! :) I also surprised Mike by calling his hotel to try and talk to him...actually my brother in law Jesse called the hotel since he knows Spanish, but Mike was out at a mtg for like 2-3 hours. But I was surprised when he called me back!! I was so excited to talk to him on his 1st official Fathers day and his birthday.

As many of you know Mike's birthday was the 21st...Father's Day...and we missed celebrating it with him. I just want to wish him a Happy be-lated Birthday on here real fast and let everyone know how much I love him.  He is the best dad to J and my greatest companion. I am so glad to say that I will be living with him for eternity.  I am glad that God chose such a worthy, caring, hilarious, responsible person to be my husband and father to my children. I am also so proud of him for going to medical school. He is 1 year down and did wonderful!! :) I am even glad that he knows when to ignore me and get some studying done, since I can be pretty selfish when it comes to spending time with the family. :) J AND I LOVE YOU MIKE!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY and HAPPY FATHERS DAY
